THE FOOD AND SHOPPING PARADISE
WENT HONG KONG WITH GRANDMA! BUT SHE FELL SICK. SO THE WHOLE HONG KONG TRIP WAS IN FACT MORE OF A SOLO TRIP OTHER THAN THE DISNEYLAND DAY.
FEELING LAZY FOR MONTHS. HAVE TO POST THIS BEFORE MY NEXT TRIP!

AND WHY IS A 5D4N OR MAYBE EVEN A 4D4N IS BECAUSE DUE TO THE FLIGHT TIMING WHEN I AM COMING BACK FROM HONGKONG AND THE FLIGHT TIMING IS 7:50AM SO THE LAST DAY WAS ME FLYING BACK ONLY NO OTHER THINGS TO DO.
BUT ALSO HAVE TO THANKS FLYSCOOT FOR SCOOTING ME OVER TO HONGKONG AND BACK TO SINGAPORE SAFETY! ALTHOUGH FLYSCOOT IS RATHER MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ALL OTHER BUDGET AIRLINE BUT FLYSCOOT DOES GIVE SECURITY IN THEIR FLYNG!
FLYSCOOT PLEASE DO MORE PROMOTIONS! HAHA.

This trip did not consist of too many places due Grandma is sick before we are in Hong Kong. So the place i visited is quite limited. Grandma basically went there for DisneyLand which she really enjoy the most.

Going Hong Kong during July is not really a wise choice. Its really hot and windy there. So if you really want to go HK not to chose this time of the year UNLESS you like DRAGON BOATING alot.
Reach Hong Kong in the early morning reach Hotel about 11Am plus. Wanted to check-in but not able to. No Choice. Bring Grandma out to Temple. End up making her more sick as the weather is killing hot and the MTR is freaking cold. Hot and Cold. Make her more sick. Shucks!!
Brought her to drink some hot soup and MaK Man Wanton 麥文記麵家. Don't you dare to criticize that the noodle is too small bowl hor(although it is!) this bowl of wanton noodle soup is dammed nice and is cheap. Their operation time is also till late night. After lunch time finally we can check-in to hotel!! Check-in time 3pm! Do note that the bell boy will insist to help you take your luggage up the room. I would say Hong Kong hotel is rather small than what i thought. So ya. This is their 4* hotel.
After check-in grandma took some time to unpack bath and rest. So i took my time to go swimming and sun tanning since the sun is killing HOT it would be a waste if i did not suntan. Nice view from the hotel top. Windy and clear air. Done with everything, went back hotel and get ready for dinner and night market time! Dinner was near hotel is a street by the side of the hotel. Somehow or rather their food there is abit salty but still nice. After dinner went to Temple street. Its just so near the hotel. Not much photos of the night markets as saw online there are people saying that not to take photo when you are at the night market the people there will scold you so i rather not to take photo than to ruin my night.

bought Chee chiong fan from above coz grandma say HK chee chiong fan is nice different from Singapore. And you know what?? It is really nice. totally different!!!
Avenue of Star. Recently heard that it will be closed for 3 years for renovation. lucky me get to see the before renovation version.

This siew mai can be found at most of their MTR station after tapping out. its nice. the first mouth is like funny but you will get hook.

DUE TO GRANDMA IS NOT FEELING WELL AND WANTED TO STAY-IN AT HOTEL ROOM SO I WENT OUT TO BUY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH TOGETHER FOR HER. WENT A FEW PLACES AND BOUGHT. AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES.
AFTER BUYING BACK FOR HER, I WENT OUT ALL BY MYSELF AND EXPLORE THE LAND OF HONG KONG ! WENT TO AVENUE OF STARS WALKING DOWN THE STREETS AND FOUND OUT ITS JUST NICE THE DAYS WHEN THEY ARE HAVING DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL! WHAT A COINCIDENCE! WATCH A FEW RACES BEFORE I PROCEED ON TO HONG KONG MUSEUM. AFTER HONG KONG MUSEUM WENT DOWN TO HONG KONG ISLAND AND PRAY. AFTER PRAYING WAS HESITATING WHETHER DO I WANT TO GO AND HAVE A LOOK AT THE VICTORIA PEAK AS IT WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE. BUT I STILL WENT ON WITH IT. IF YOU GUY ARE OKAY WITH SEEING THE HONG KONG VIEW IN THE DAY TIME THEN I SUGGEST YOU GUYS TO GO IN THE DAY TIME TO AVOID A HUGE CROWD. THE CROWD WILL COME IN AFTER 6PM. SO DO TAKE NOTE! WENT UP TO SEE THE VIEW IT WAS REALLY NICE. DUE TO I HAVE TO RUSH BACK TO HOTEL AND LET MY GRANDMA TO HAVE A MEAL I WENT UP JUST A WHILE. SO WENT OFF JUST A WHILE AFTER PHOTO TAKING SESSION.
DO TAKE NOTE THAT THE THINGS THERE ARE REALLY NOT CHEAP AT ALL.

EARLY MORNING WAKE UP TO BUY BREAKFAST BEFORE THE BUS COMES AND FETCH US TO DISNEYLAND. DISNEYLAND IS DEFINITELY FULL OF PEOPLE. IF YOU DONT INTEND TO RING A BAG THEN DONT BRING AS THEY WILL CHECK ALL BAGS!!!! AND THEY HAVE A NEW LAW WHICH IS NO SELFIE STICKS ALLOW IN ANY PART OF DISNEYLAND (STARTING FROM 1 JULY 2015) . SO DO TAKE NOTE!! AFTER A HALF DAY THERE THINGS WHICH CAN BE PLAYED WITH A ELDERLY IS BEING PLAYED SO NOTHING MORE SO WE WENT OFF BY OUR SELF. SO NIGHT TIME WAS ALSO THE NIGHT MARKET TIME TO BUY THE THINGS THAT THE FIRST 2 DAYS WHICH WAS NOT BOUGHT! ** TAKE NOTE!!! THEIR NIGHT MARKET IS OPEN DAILY!! **

I WENT OUT EARLY JUST TO BUY JENNY BISCUIT!! THE IMPORTANT THINGS THAT NEED TO BE BOUGHT! AND SO JUST IN ORDER NOT TO GO BACK TOO EARLY TO DISTURB GRANDMA I WENT WALKING AROUND THE STREET AND WENT TO PRAY ALSO. WHEN WALKING BACK TO MTR STATION SAW A SHOP HOUSE SELLING DIM SUM! THE IMPORTANT PART OF GOING TO HONG KONG WAS TO EAT DIM SUM. THE CHEAP DIM SUM. WENT BACK TO JORDAN TO BUY AUSTRALIA DAIRY BEFORE I COME BACK. THIS IS REALLY NICE ALTHOUGH THE BREAD IS NOT TOASTED IS STILL NICE. AFTERNOON WENT SWIMMING AGAIN. AFTER A SWIM WENT OFF STROLLING AT JORDAN WALKING AROUND. FINALLY GOT A TASTE OF THE CURRY FISHBALL IS SO NICE AND SINGAPORE VERSION IS WAY NOT NICE COMPARE TO THEM!
TO PEOPLE OUT THERE!!! NOT EVERYTHING IN HONG KONG IS EXPENSIVE!! MOST PEOPLE HAVE THE IDEA WHICH IS GOING HONG KONG IS A VERY EXPENSIVE COUNTRY TO TRAVEL AS THEIR FOOD IS EXPENSIVE THEIR THINGS IS EXPENSIVE PEOPLE THERE IS VERY DOMINEERING ! WHO THE HELL WHO GIVE YOU THIS INFORMATION! IS TOTALLY WRONG! THEY HAVE CHEAP FOOD ALTHOUGH IS ABIT SALTY. THE THINGS THEY SELL IS NOT EXPENSIVE AS COMPARED TO SINGAPORE. AND MOST IMPORTANT THE PEOPLE THERE IS NOT DOMINEERING AT ALL. THEY ARE MOST WILLING TO HELP YOU IN EVERYTHING IF YOU ASK THEM AND NOT DEMAND THEM.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
Some advice to people out there not all budget tix is that cheap as you guys know i bought my tix from Fly Scoot during their promo time. after i buy and i found out that Cathay Pacific is just another 20 bucks. So people do some research before you book the tix. and sometimes economy flight has better timing than budget.
